How to be more Positive and Happy: Be Proactive
My mission is to help YOU become a Relentless Creator and have the tools and skills necessary to achieve the goals you set for yourself. I’m here to help you create happiness and success in life in many different ways.
You have the choice to control your life or not – to either be proactive or reactive to the things around you. People are, by default, reactive, which is why most of us feel disempowered from the beginning.
My role is to help you become proactive through yoga, Pilates, meditation, and Buddhism.
Yoga and Meditation Practice
Yoga is an ancient practice that interplays with Indian philosophy. Because it is both body and mind, I find it one of the best practices that can manifest, be proactive, and take the lead in your life. In working with me, we will be practicing varying types of yoga, such as:
- Free Flow Yoga or Vinyasa yoga
- Yoga for physical and mental health
- Other styles and forms of yoga, like Kundalini yoga
Original Pilates by Joseph Pilates
Like yoga, Pilates is a mind-body exercise. It engages the body and makes you feel better by boosting endorphin levels. We will leverage the benefits of Pilates, specifically original Pilates by Joseph Pilates. There are endless Pilates adaptations. However, we will utilize the classic Pilates, the ultimate mindful training exercise known to help relieve stress and anxiety.
Buddhism- Meditation and Chanting
It is widely known and proven that meditation can significantly improve your life. Its benefits encompass the entire body, from head to toe and inside and out. Meanwhile, Buddhism’s teachings can help you find inner peace and take charge of your action. I’ll help you utilize both practices through affirmations and mantras to achieve your goals and relieve stress.
In addition, you will find videos, podcasts, and articles about how to be more positive and happy in life. I’ll also teach you various techniques to live healthily and adopt a holistic lifestyle. I’ll teach you how to utilize your body and mind to take the lead in your life. Let us work together to turn you into a goal-oriented person who is good at making your goals come true.
